Eléonore Dixon-Roche received her B.A. in Art with a concentration in Geology from Carleton College. At Carleton, she designed ten independent studies illustrating and researching science phenomena.

Upon graduating, she joined the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, cataloguing maps, fish illustrations, blogging for the Field Book Project 12, and illustrating for paleobotany, paleontology, paleoentomology, entomology, and invertebrate zoology research projects and The Last American Dinosaurs exhibit.

Further experience with science multimedia production includes completing the Scientific Illustration Program at California State University Monterey Bay. There, she accrued more skills in both digital and traditional media.

In her current position as the Multimedia Specialist at NSTA (National Science Teachers Association), Eléonore creates visuals and page layouts for interactive eBooks, and also develops HTML5 interactive simulations for both aesthetics and sound instructional design.
